About Us

What is Mission Go?

Mission Go is a supporting ministry of the Seventh-day Adventist Church comprising members of the National University of Science & Technology (NUST Bulawayo, Zimbabwe) Adventist Society, Alumni and others who are like minded.  The operation of the Ministry is guided by the fundamental beliefs of the Seventh-day Adventist Church and it exists to uphold the message and mission of the church.

Our Mission

To spread the Three Angels’ Messages (Revelation 14:6-12), the good news of the Second Coming of Jesus Christ and His love for man through holding of outreach programs.

Objectives

  • To share the gospel so it reaches the entire World
  • To foster a culture of reading The Bible and the Spirit of Prophecy by the members
  • To draw souls to Christ through the Ministry and assist the needy that we get in contact with through the Ministry
  • Fostering evangelistic spirit in members
  • Planting of churches

History

In 2004, a group of NUST Adventist Society members doing industrial attachment in Bubi decided to join hands for a Bible outreach campaign in the area. Since then, the mission project became an annual event, and a number of campaigns have been done in various parts of Zimbabwe.

Leadership

The main administration of Mission Go is an Executive Committee and a Board of Directors. The Executive Committee is responsible for the regular operational activities of the Ministry. The committee is made up of diverse Adventist youth and adults, including professionals and university students. The Board of Directors is responsible for the collective oversight and policy of the Ministry.
