The 2-week Mission Go evangelistic campaign in Mayezane, Matopo came to conclusion on Sabbath 10 August 2019. Thirty-three (33) souls accepted Christ as their Saviour and got baptised to become members of the Seventh-day Adventist Church. The campaign had 3 preaching sites and close to 30 mission workers in total doing house-to-house witnessing and evening service gatherings. Community service programs were also conducted which included a health expo during the middle of the campaign. A Mission Go lay evangelist will continue worshiping with and nurturing the new church members for the next couple of months. Prior to the campaign there was no Adventist congregation in the area.
